Although most people claim the iPhone to clearly be a better smartphone than Google's Android, we think both Apple AND Google are must-own stocks. Sure, the iPhone is way better in battery-life, overall performance and usability. But whereas the iPhone is already over the hype, Android still has huge growth ahead with giant profit margins.

Anyway, some experts recommend to sell half of both Apple and Google Stocks, since they experienced a rally of about 20 % in the last month, so some are expecting a pullback on both. But we have to keep in mind, that there is no trend in world history that has shown such a growth and ultimate marketplace size as the App industry has.

We are expecting the Apple stocks to get to 1000 $ by the end of 2010 and Google stocks to 2000 $ by 2020. Just think of ten years ago, when nearly half of the people in the developed world used cellphones. Nothing compared to nowadays - this number increased to actually 80 %. By 2020 at least 90 % of all sold phones will be smartphones.

To sum it up: We recommend to buy Google stocks anytime the stock sells off below 500 $, because right now they are fairly cheap and the earning will be much higher in a few years.
